Matinee is a free service. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly, not abuse the platform, and respect other users. We may update these terms occasionally.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don’t share your account or use someone else’s without permission.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Don’t impersonate others.
- Don’t use Matinee for anything illegal.
Movie data
Movie and TV data is provided by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch. Matinee is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best but can’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
